Shipping Policy
- Our standard shipping time is 2 business days against orders received.
- Our preferred shipping partner are V-TRANS, VRL Logistics, GATI etc
- Material will be shipped from our warehouse, Ex-Ahmedabad
- We use standard corrugated boxes to ship our goods, if any special requests kindly contact us in advance.
Return Policy
- Goods once sold will not be taken back.
- If goods are damaged in transit, goods will be repaired/replaced upon QA test from our warehouse.
- If goods under warranty, will be replaced / repaired as per the manufacturer policy. Sellers (Krishna Engineers) is not liable for replacement/repairs.
- If goods are not received by the buyer in 2 working days from the date of arrival at the transport warehouse, transit damage insurance will not be valid and support will be provided as per the seller's terms.
