Why should I create an account on Pneucons?
- As a Retail Customer, you get access to more than 1500+ products with customised offers on such products. Retail Customer means you will get a GST invoice, allowing you to take tax credit. Further, you will also get business price and quantity discounts on all of these products. You will be able to enjoy the convenience of placing/ tracking/ repeating orders.
- As a Direct Customer, you get access to more than 1500+ products with customised offers on such products. Direct Customer means you can quick login and buy products & will get a GST invoice, allowing you to take tax credit. Further, quantity discounts on many of these products. You will be able to enjoy the convenience of placing/ tracking/ repeating orders.
How do I become a Retail / Direct customer?
- To become a retail customer, please go to www.pneucons.com/login and register for a new retail business account. After successful verification of your business credentials, you will be able to login in as a retail customer and start buying.
- To become a direct customer, please go to www.pneucons.com/login and register for a new direct business account. You will be able to login in as a direct customer and start buying.
Once I have registered my business account, can I immediately start purchasing ?
- For Retail Customer, you cannot immediately purchase products. Once you have registered with us, we will review your application and verify your business account. This process may take a maximum of 2 business days. On successful account verification, you will then be able to view specific pricing for your business account and place order for them.
- For Direct Customer, you can immediately purchase products. On successful account verification, you will then be able to view specific pricing for your business account and place order for them.
What is your Return Policy?
- Items are returnable if you've received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on pneucons.com. What business specific details will be listed on the GST invoice?
- For all your orders, the invoice will have the business name, GST details, shipping address( other than registered address ) and dispatch details.
How can I pay for my purchases on Pneucons?
- You can pay through Net-Banking, NEFT/RTGS, UPI, Credit/Debit Card and Wallets.
- There will be ZERO charges if payed through Net-Banking, NEFT/RTGS, UPI.
- Extra Bank Charges may apply on payment through Credit/Debit Card and Wallets.
ADD TO QUOTE. What is this?
- ADD TO QUOTE is an feature were you can create as many quotes as you want and can track the same from your account. With this feature you can block products for 3 weeks and buy any or all of the products from quote without any price variations that might have occurred over that period. This feature is added to help you keep a track of the orders & Quotes placed by your organisation/business.
What are the available delivery speed, transport company and charges?
- For In Stock, the delivery speed available are between 1-2 business days for products in Stock.
- For Pre-Order / Make To Order, the delivery speeds available are mentioned precisely against the individual product.
- The delivery charges vary from transport company to transport company. We ask you to confirm with your transport company for exact rates.
What if i want different transport company, not mentioned on Pneucons?
- You can select other transport at cart page. On checkout page mention your transport company name & destination and we will try to deliver with the same. If in case its not possible for some reasons we will contact you in person to find a better solution.
Is there any minimum order quantity or value on purchases made on Pneucons?
- It is fully dynamic. With customer to customer it varies and so as product to product.
How do I change/update the information in my business account?
- You will need to go to My Account to have your details updated/modified.
- Once modified your account will be reviewed and it takes upto 3 maximum days to verify. During that time you cannot make any purchase.
Can I de-register my business account?
