What we collect

Business contact details, GSTIN and billing information, order and inquiry history, and technical logs needed to run the marketplace securely.

How we use it

To process orders and payments, verify businesses, issue GST invoices, provide support, and improve the product. Order details are shared with the fulfilling seller and carrier — that is what fulfilment requires, and nothing more.

What we never do

We do not sell your data, and we do not share your purchase history with other buyers or unrelated sellers. RFQ documents are visible only to sellers quoting in the matching category.

Retention and rights

Transaction records are retained as required by Indian tax law. Write to privacy@pneucons.com to access, correct, or request deletion of data not under a statutory retention duty.
