Returns & Cancellation Policy

1. Once an order is placed, cancellations are not allowed.

2. Payments for orders will not be refunded or adjusted in case of cancellation.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. A shipping fee of ₹100 applies if the buyer and seller are in the same city.

2. If the buyer and seller are from different cities, shipping charges will be on a "To-Pay Basis" or at actual costs.

3. Additional freight or courier charges, including door delivery, will be extra and must be paid by the buyer.

4. All materials will be shipped exclusively on a To-Pay basis for Godown Delivery only.
