No cancellations or refunds

Industrial items are procured and packed against your confirmed order — once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please verify part numbers, specifications and quantities before paying; every listing carries the datasheet and CAD files to check fitment first.

Manufacturing defects

Genuine manufacturing defects are covered under the manufacturer’s 12-month warranty. Raise a ticket from your account with photos and the order number within 7 days of delivery; verified defects are repaired or replaced by the seller.

Escrow protection

Your payment sits in escrow until dispatch is confirmed. If a seller fails to fulfil the order, the escrow amount is returned to you in full — this is the Pneucons guaranteed-fulfilment promise.

Transit damage

Note visible transit damage on the carrier POD at delivery and report it within 48 hours with photos. Claims noted on the POD are settled between the carrier, seller and Pneucons — you are not left to chase the carrier alone.
