Description

Dr. Fixit Bathseal Select is A Ready-To-Use; Liquid-Applied Elastomeric Water Based Waterproof Coating. That Cures To Form A Monolithic Membrane Designed For Wet Areas Under Tiled Finish Application. Being 1K Liquid Applied Coating, It Reduces Mixing Errors And Saves Time Due To Excellent Flow Properties And Thereby Easy Application With Roller Or Brush. It Is Fully Compatible With Polymer Modified Cement Based Tiles Adhesives, Screeds And Renders.

Precautions & Limitations

• Do not uses as wear surface, the Dr. Fixit Bathseal Select membrane must be covered with tile or other permanent flooring.
• For all under-tile applications use Roff Powerflex tile Adhesive or equivalent EN 12004:2017/C2 compliance, for Horizontal & Vertical application.
• Do not apply when temperatures are below 100C and above 350C
• The proper formation of the coating film can be affected if the coating is applied when the air temperature is below the specified temperature range (100C). Temperature variations can affect the (film formation) of a coating, causing color variations 
• Do not apply on existing concrete slabs on-ground with relative humidity levels over 85%. Contact Technical Services for other conditions for additional information.
• Pond test shall be carried out only after 5 days of air curing / drying of Dr. Fixit Bathseal Select with 25 mm water for 2 days.
• Avoid skin contact, use of gloves and safety glasses is recommended while using the product
